Hot Pilates

A 50-minute infrared-fueled flow that fuses classical and contemporary Pilates—strengthening, lengthening, and challenging every muscle. With precision and deep intensity, each movement builds core strength, improves alignment, and leaves you feeling powerful. Expect light weights and bodyweight resistance for a full-body burn that leaves you stronger and centered. Hot, spicy, and onbrand.

Hot Pilates Sculpt

A 50-minute infrared-fueled fusion of Pilates and strength training. This class blends controlled movements with dynamic intervals, using weights, bands, and props to sculpt, tone, and elevate your endurance. Sculpted, hot, spicy, and onbrand.

Hot Strength

A 50-minute infrared-fueled high-intensity, strength class built to target major muscle groups and unlock serious power. With progressive resistance and heavy lifting, you’ll push past limits and ignite endurance. Legs, glutes, and upper body will fire as the heat takes every rep to the next level. Hot Yoga

A 50-minute infrared-fueled Vinyasa flow that links breath with movement. Each sequence builds strength, flexibility, and balance, while the heat deepens stretches and releases tension. Frequently asked questions

IS THERE PARKING?
Yes , we offer free parking in the plaza. Spaces are limited, so please arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time to park and settle in.
HOW DO I BOOK A CLASS?
You can book directly through the Mindbody app, our website, or on ClassPass. 
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR CLASS?
Arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time for parking and check-in. We recommend bringing water, a mat, and a towel.
- Mat and a towel are required. If you don’t bring your own, we have a limited number available for rental.
WHY INFRARED?
Our studio is heated to 90+ degrees with infrared panels. Unlike traditional heat, infrared warms the body directly—creating an even, steady warmth that helps you move with ease, release tension, and connect deeper to your breath and body. It supports flexibility, recovery, and mood—while making every class more effective.
ARE CLASSES ALL-LEVELS?
Yes. Our instructors offer modifications and variations so every client, whether brand new or experienced, can move confidently and get the most out of class.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- No Show: $15 fee
- Late Cancel (within 6 hours): $15 fee
- ClassPass: Subject to ClassPass cancellation fees
AGE RESTRICTION
- All clients must be 18+ to attend classes.
- Clients 16–17 years old may join with a signed parental consent form on file.
- For safety, no one under 16 will be permitted in class.
Can I take a class if I am pregnant?
Because your safety and your baby’s safety come first, we recommend avoiding heated classes during pregnancy, as the rise in core body temperature can sometimes lead to dehydration or dizziness. We’ll be here to welcome you back with open arms once your pregnancy journey is complete.
